My story
Heather-Ann Trevorrow is a functional movement specialist with years of hands-on experience, now applying that background as a massage therapy student. Her approach is client-centered — she assesses each person's unique presentation and tailors treatment accordingly.
She works closely with clients navigating pain, injury, and the ongoing process of rehabilitation. Her focus is simple: help people manage pain and move well again.
You'll find her practice in Gibsons, British Columbia, on the Sunshine Coast.
My history
Heather-Ann is completing her supervised clinical training hours toward RMT registration through the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador (CMTNL), with registration in British Columbia to follow.
Before entering massage therapy training, she spent years working in functional movement and corrective exercise, holding credentials as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Alliance E-RYT500, and Nutritious Movement Corrective Exercise Specialist. That background continues to inform how she assesses movement patterns and works with the body today.
